How long will it take to get my order?

Items in stock: Orders are processed & couriered daily Monday-Friday. All items are couriered over night to city addresses. North Island & Rural deliveries may take an extra day or two.

 

Items on back order: Items on back order may take 2-5 working days to arrive. If an item is out of stock with our supplier, we will contact you immediately.

 

International: Shipping times depend on the option selected at checkout. Options range from 2 to 10 working days. Delivery times are a guideline only and may vary.

New Zealand - Courier: Parcels are sent via NZPost & can be tracked.

International: Parcels are sent via NZPost International & can be tracked.

 

What does shipping cost?

New Zealand: Shipping options are available from $10 New Zealand wide.

International: Shipping options are available from $18 depending on the selected country.
