Great product not great on the shipping

The halter itself is fantastic. Good quality, think rope and beautiful colour. Downfall was that there was an issue with supply that I wasn’t notified about until I email and asked why my order hadn’t been sent a week after purchase (having paid tor next day delivery). A little communication goes a long way, other than that, thanks so much I love the halter!!
